No, just replacing my OEM lights, wanted to go smoked, but I had read the RECON leaked bad when they first came out and I didn't know if they had corrected that years later.

When you say newer ones, are you referring to a newer version of the RECON lights or OEM version?

Just an update, I put a Red-Head Steering Gears steering box on the truck with a BD Steering brace and a Carli track bar and I cannot believe how much better this truck drives. I'M BLOWN AWAY. It never drove this good. Money well spent.

I appreciate that, I like the new update, it's got roads on there that wasn't on there a few weeks ago right after I got this truck. Took them a while to send the update to me, but nonetheless, I'm satisfied.

Anyone use Archoil to clean the VGT Turbo? I've met a couple of guys claiming that it's really good for this and cleaning your injectors to, let me know your thoughts.

I installed a FASS system on mine pump pressure set to 12 psi, changed spring in it. Works great, costly, yet I've had good luck with their systems over the years on different trucks.

Sorry, but I've used AFE & K&N products for years on trucks that I've had for a long time and it hasn't killed my engines. I've got a 1st Gen with 238,000 and have had a K&N on it since they first came out with one for it, many years and many miles.sorry you've had a bad experience, not the same...
