Have had my adapter sleeve in for almost 3 years, have used a trailer hitch, then had a Bully Dog bump pad/step in the other times...sleeve isn't rusty, nor sticking. I live where it snows and rains, salt nor water has caused rust. Jim

3/4 ton trucks ride pretty smooth already.....don't know about difference with or without air, though air is more for carrying a load or leveling.. If you're only towing your Jeep and you want a really comfortable ride, why don't you buy a 1/2 ton with Eco-diesel? Even 3/4 ton with Cummins...

Yes, your 16K Reese hitch will work on the picture frame adapter that mounts into the 4 puck holes on trucks with GN/5er prep package....I have the picture frame adapter and have my Reese 20K Signature hitch mounted to it...I can remove the hitch and the picture frame adapter and have a clean...
