Well they were able to confirm that the leak was in relation to the TSB on some fasteners inside the seal. They re-sealed them, and sat it under the sprinkler for over an hour and it appears that they have solved my problem.

I can't speak for you guys with the auto transmission's but on the manual, it operates down close to idle. It is not gear dependant either. Works in all of them.
