    I have had great results with Donaldson DBL7349. Used to be the ELF7349, very efficient and flows great GPM.

    I double clutched it several times this morning, went right into 3rd very easy. Wouldn't think you would have to do that, but it was smooth.

    That's good to know. Other than that, I love the trans. My wifes cousin has a '09 regular cab with a G56, he's very hard on things and it's lasted 186,000 miles with still the original ATF in it.

    Yes, if I shift a little higher in RPM range it seems to slide into 3rd easier. This may not make sense but, almost feels like the synchronizers aren't spinning fast enough(if that's how they work), when I'm below 2K RPM.
