Gave a Corvette a bit of a shock yesterday.

Around here I see far more idiots driving full size trucks than idiots in Subarus. The last time it snowed I had a hell of a laugh seeing all the trucks stuck in ditches while I chugged along in my reliable 'ol Scooby. I've had a good bit of fun in my old 1st Gen too. She isn't the fastest in...

    Exterior Trim

A few of mine are faded as well and I've always wondered if there was a way to restore them to look like new. I've seen a few trucks with trim that looks immaculate and they had to have done something to get it to look like that.

    Exterior Trim

Your best bet is to find someone parting out a truck with the trim you need.

    1st gen radio

I'd like to put an aftermarket radio in mine as well but my only problem is finding one that looks decent. I can't stand the one in my Subaru (it was already installed when I bought the car) because it is way too flashy and having seen some in 1st Gens they just look way out of place. I'd love...

Help me pick my first 1st Gen truck!

That is exactly what you need to do. As soon as you settle on something, the next week the exact truck you want will be for sale for a cheaper price than what you settled for. That's how it happen with me, at least. :D

    Parker's '91 D350

It's just little annoying problems. Always heard them called niggles when I was growing up (has nothing to do with any race, if that was in question,) maybe it's a Kentucky thing... Anywho, the electrical problems I'm having currently... Windows won't roll up or down. Overdrive kicks in and...

    Parker's '91 D350

Hey guys, after seeing a few build threads myself I figured I'd make one too. This won't exactly be a "build" thread as I plan on fixing the little niggles my truck has before I start doing anything fuel or air wise. Progress will more than likely be very slow as I have a full time job, a son...

W350 Crew Cab - The ultimate first gen - Pics and history

I've been following this build for a while (and on multiple forums it seems) and I have to say your truck is absolutely gorgeous. You do some amazing work and I can't wait to see the thing finished.

    Woohoo!!!!!

I guess I better install mine now. Once I get done talking with Isspro. ;) Looks real good, congratulations.

    Woohoo!!!!!

    We want pics!

    Tach question...

So you finally got one. Mine came in the mail today. I think $110 shipped is a pretty good deal, an Isspro tach cost more than that so... Once I figure out how to wire it up, I'll need to know the answer to the same question.

    Tach question...

    On a factory tach?

Cold Start issue & warm start issue

You might be getting air in somewhere. It would have to be a pretty big leak to get air in that fast though.

    The new girl chaser...

I'd take the purple one, with the wheels from the orange one. I guess I could put up with a convertable, if it was a 5spd.

    The new girl chaser...

Lose the huge wheels, and make them hardtops, and I'd drive 'em. I hate convertibles.

    Factory Tach in a '91.5

I remember seeing a sticky here about this, but I can't find it now? I E-Mailed Isspro, to see what they would have to say about it. Hopefully they will be able to help me out. Anyone here have a factory tach in there '91 or older truck?

    Factory Tach in a '91.5

I have never really gotten an answer to this, but if my truck doesn't have the crank positioning sensor, how can I install a factory tach? I have seen them in a Non I/C truck, so I know it can be done. Any ideas? Thanks

    gauge mounting options

It is by far the nicest pillar pod I have seen, and I hope to get my hands on one pretty soon. They are a little expensive though.

    New Era 370 Nozzles

I think I found a set for $250, and Brian will install, and set them for free, so I'm going to do that and save a couple hundred bucks. :D For what its worth, Brian told me in his pulling truck (or towing truck I guess... ) he did the same thing. Bought a set of cheap 2nd Gen 370's and...

    A few questions about a 93

Didn't know that. Well, that gives me a better reason to turn the fuel screw a little. After my injectors of course.
