    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Codes

Would air temperature be one of the causes for the 37 code? Also what field do you mean by the generator field not switching? Sorry for the hassle. Thanks, Bryce

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Codes

I threw a check engine light and not sure of the codes. I know one of them is disconnect of the battery and the 55 is end of cycle. I can't remember which is which. I threw a 12 41 37 and a 55. Any help would be great. I can't find a list of the codes. Thanks, Bryce

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Rockers-Head Studs

I want to put a set of ARP head studs in my truck and was wondering what the machining of the pedestal rockers meant. Why do they need this and would I be okay if I didn't do it and just put the studs in? Also how well does the grinding of an OEM stud work to remove the debri from inside the...

    Anyone else?

Yeah you're right Gene, it will all come to pass. Troubles seem to come in packs and I think I've had enough for this year already haha. Thanks for the comments on the truck also. All my money goes towards it, and I've tried doing everything with just me and my dad. It is a great pride to...

    Anyone else?

On Monday morning I was involved in a wreck. This wreck was my fault. I have a welding class that starts at 7 in the morning and I will usually go to the high school before first period to talk to my girlfriend (around 8:15 am) then after I walk her to class I walk out to my truck to go to work...

    How do you say goodbye.

I've had two cats and two dogs put down. I'm seventeen almost eighteen and my cat Gizmo was a few years older than I was, one day I walked into the yard when I was about 11 and there he was laying in our gutter... he was nearly dead. A vehicle ran him over and instead of knocking on our door and...

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Straight pipe or Muffler?

This would be the easiest JHenry. Unless you've got the pipe already, it took me about an hour and a half to put it on (rusted clamps suck) but after I got the old exhaust off the new one slipped on very easily. Bryce

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Straight pipe or Muffler?

Performance wise and sound wise yes. The four inch in my opinion sounds better and will flow better. Bryce

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Straight pipe or Muffler?

I actually didn't mean to say straight piped at all. I meant a piped 3rd gen, as in one with a cat delete and an aftermarket MBRP. And these do sound the same because my brother-in-law has a 3rd gen with the MBRP system on it and my truck has close to if not the same deep throaty sound as his...

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Straight pipe or Muffler?

I had my truck straight piped then went to the 4" MBRP system and I like the sound with the muffler a lot better. It made my truck sound like a straight piped 3rd gen, but the call is yours. It'll sound good either way. Bryce

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Choices

Alright thanks Jeff. The money was a major part of it also. I'm looking to get my truck painted a WRX blue and it might be a little costy, also turbo and many other mods on the list. I think I'll look further into the plate. Thanks for all the help guys. Bryce

    2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission SHOWEM OFF..truck pics

Sounds like a plan to me, fuel might get a little expensive so I'm down if you fund the fuel bills for everyone. We'll leave plenty of smoke in the driveway. (and surrounding areas:-laf) Bryce

Rams-n-Hogs, did they give you a noticeable bump in power or is it about the same across the power range? Bryce

    New Dodge Ram 2009 Model!

I think they should stick with the big rig look. The grill I don't mind as long as it is still attached to the hood. The headlights and the bumper are what I dislike about the truck. The middle of it reminds me of a van and it just doesn't look like a truck I'd want to buy. I didn't like the 3rd...
