turbo and actuator comes as 1 piece the mechanic had it hooked up to computer, voltage is one of the things i want checked.just glad it's under warranty!!

the dash said it's on. have tried all things you mentioned. i'm not new to the cummins. this all happened when it went in limp mode.1 dealer then changed out the pcm, brake didn't work took it to another dealer and they put on new complete turbo.that was 2 days ago,break still does not work.thanks
