Replaced mine under warranty around 90K at dealer and it only lasted 5-10k. Went with a NAPA pump myself after that for $45 and a lifetime warranty. So yeah, some OEM's last better than others, could have been a bad pump from the dealer who knows. I just didn't feel like trusting the dealer again.

I'll second the FCA as a primary culprit. They seem to be very temperamental and will act up at odd times, I don't think they like the ULSD as it makes them prone to stick. Also have him check his fuel filter & even the air filter as a clogged/dirty fuel filter will cause this. Does it idle...
