My mistake the pump is lock and the dial indicator is to set the engine at TDC

Question : If the pump is set with a dial indicator can the timing be off. I don't have smoke. Brakes not dragging, boost about 18, I'll check again, not sure on fuel pressure, I don't have that gauge
