    the output shaft on the trans. We have used the chevy parts to mate them together, 32 spline nv4500 main shaft and the auto or 4speed stick case used 32 spline female.

    I would try to change to a bigger spline on the output. What bolt pattern is on the nv4500 adapter you have now? I have done a few with a gm mainshaft to a gm round pattern 205, that gets you 32 splined inputs and output. Hope this helps

    I used the factory diesel pad on the outside of the firewall to the ac box, didn't get to use that section yet because I turned the ac housing the other direction with s-10 parts. thanks goes out to everybody for the help.

    just got back last night from a trip to burnsville,nc for some mud races. I had gotten the rear door pillars and the inside of the back of the cab done with the dynamat to the window seemed to help some. Guess I will start saving to do the roof panel and the floor next.
