:cool:I had this problem, I have a 07, 3500, 5. 9, 6 speed, 4x4, the small teeth on the air cleaner top can be broken if not removed properly, And it is a bear to find a new top... .

You have to watch how the air cleaner lid is removed, If they do not remove it the right way they can break the small teeth in the Lid, Now it will not close and get a good seal. Thanks to the guys who helped Me... . Kee Curlee:)
