What I meant by that is it's not the grid heater cycling on and off. It does this year-round (even when it's 100 degrees). It is a separate voltage fluctuation from the grid heater cycling. It's very erractic jumping from 13. 1 or so to 15. 2 (it varies) very quickly.

For some time (roughly two years), voltage quickly fluctuates anywhere from 13. 1 to 15. 2 volts at idle. It usually stabilizes somewhat when driving to around 14. 6 or 14. 7 volts. This happens year-round and I live in Arkansas. It causes my lights (interior and headlights) to flicker and also...

Thanks for the reply Prairie Dog. I dug into the Insight CTS (records) a little further and found out my friend had run it to 3907 RPM racing another friend this weekend. I'm sure that is what triggered the code. Says he missed a shift, it revved high, then he backed out of it to idle. The code...

Over the weekend had code P0219 (Engine Overspeed) show up when running diagnostics with Edge Insight. Anyone familiar with this code? I don't remember any excessive RPM events happening (anything into redline). Truck seems to run fine. No strange sounds or knocks or anything.

Just got my CumminsTuner SPADE Jack from Scott Tuesday. I got the Light Tow, Daily Driver, Sport/Economy, and Stock Trans Race tunes. I have only uploaded the Daily Driver tune and oh man... Night and Day difference coming from an old Edge Juice/Attitude!! Smooth, and much more powerful!
