    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Exhaust Too Loud, Need Input

I second DieselDoghouse, I have a 3" magnaflow flow through muffler on my truck and it has a nice tone without waking up our 3 year old. I also deleted my cat from the system and exited the exaust in front of the rear tires on the pass side.

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Wastegate adjustment rather then a boost elbow?

On other turbo applications, we have used a small pressure regulator from sears. It is the type that is used on paint guns. This allows you to set the boost pressure where you want it with just a turn of the knob. You can even mount it inside the cab so you can adjust it on the fly if you would...

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Possible TPS problem/Plus..

I had a problem with my abs and brake light lighting intermittently, so I changed the sensor and it didn't help. Then I changed the abs module and it didn't help. Finally I figured out that it was the short wire harness that runs from the frame to the sensor on the axle. My 96 has a very weak...

Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) using a little pedal to start the truck question

My '96 had low idle problems to the point that it would stall when I had my 10k 5er on and I would let off the pedal quickly. Really bad when you are trying to stop for a light or a moron. My truck only takes a second to start with either idle setting, warm or cold, with no pedal.

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Wastegate Blown - Availiable Options?

I got lucky and found my leak before it got so bad that my truck wouldn't run like it should. I like the additional boost, Now I may be ready for a GSK, a plate and some starwheel treatment.

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Wastegate Blown - Availiable Options?

Thanks for the help guys, I hooked up a temporary boost gauge to the intake and found that I had about 25 psi of boost. I disconnected the wastegate and plugged the turbo outlet to the wastegate with a 1/8" NPT fitting and got around 30 psi. I was loosing 5 psi through the wastegate diaphram leak.

    Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Wastegate Blown - Availiable Options?

I did a pressure test on my wastegate to see if it was working and found that it was blowing air out of the rod opening. I do not have gauges yet, so I do not know how long this has been this way. What would be the best options for an upgraded wastegate?
