Well, looks like I found what might have cause the cold start stumble. The #1delivery valve spring is in 3 pieces. I cannot find one local and I cannot put it back together this way. Does anyone have one they will sell me? PM me if you do or know of a place that for sure would have one.

In my experiance with my volvo gasser, the adjustable elbows require constant adjustment due to the very poor design, and for the fact the they all have a spring that looses tension. Is it possible to just adjust the wastegate instead?

Not the nut holding the injector into the head, but the actual injector itself. I need thr torque spec of the nozzel retainer. My vocabulary may not be right, but you have the body, the nut or sleeve, and then the nozzle. I need to take apart and clean, then retorque.

I double and triple checked that the injector lines and return fittings are not leaking. I even tightened the hold down nut more and fuel still seems to come out of where the nut holds the injector in. There are no combustion bubbles at all, what should I do to correct this? And yes I did use...
