    Dtc p0191 ?

    Can anyone tell me exactly what dtc p0191 represents? I've recently had trouble with harder starts and idle fluctuation, also lower power at times. It usually happens within the first 5 mins of running then usually clears up. It would seem to be the FCA from what I have read on other threads...
