While changing my oil I noticed a leak at the bottom of the filter mounting plate. I think this the oil cooler. What's behind the plate? Where is best place to get gasket? Any comments would be helpful.

Searched here can't find answer. I discovered an oil leak while changing oil. It's coming out the bottom of the oil cooler[the mounting plate for the filter]. So what's behind the plate. Do I need to drain coolant? Where is best place to get new gasket?

When truck sets 12 hour or more in 30 degree or colder it starts, idles rough and throws a 1690 code. after about 1 min it smooths out and runs good. If it;s plugged in no rough start. Less then 12 hr it doesn't have any problem. Any ideas?
