    Turbo to manifold gasket

    I’ve been fighting putting this new turbo on broke a stud on the exhaust manifold and had to drill it out and tap it. I ended up just using a grade 10.9 bolt on it. It’s as tight as I can get but I’m a little worried that the gasket isn’t sealed all the way.

    Turbo removal

    I got everything disconnected from the turbo and I got all four bolt broke loose from the manifold but the turbo still won’t come off. Any ideas of what I’m doing wrong?

    Upgrade turbo

    99 brake light and Third brake light won’t turn off

    On my 99 my brake lights and third brake light won’t turn off. I replaced the brake switch and the wiring harness about 2 foot up due to it being Burnt Wires and melted the plug. The only way the lights turn off is if I disconnect the battery’s . Blinkers work but four-way doesn’t.

    Losing oil and exhaust break doesn’t work

    I had my engine rebuilt late last year and ever since then I haven’t had a exhaust break. I also have been losing a good amount of oil like dipstick won’t show any. Anyone think I could be losing that much oil through my turbo?
