    Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 2000 2500 Automatic transmission hunts for gear

    My Dad's 2000 2500 with an automatic transmission hunts for 2nd gear once in a while, but only with no load. If he uses the accelerator pedal a little harder there is no problem. The transmission fluid has been changed with a new filter at least 3 times. The truck has 105,000 light duty miles...
