What is the big difference between the Ram pump ($249) vs the gates pump ($79) ?

Looking at a used 2019 2500. They say it has a 8 speed auto? Is that correct and if so maybe that’s why I am finding so many low mileage 2019 2500’s.

okay every time I hose off my engine compartment I get the water in fuel icon. Fuel filter cap is not loose. I replace the filter and thourghly clean the canister and the icon goes off after about 100 miles?????
