    Tailgate strength

I'm trying to figure out how stout the tailgate on my '06 2500 is. I'll be loading a rather heavy ATV (742#) onto the bed. With my bulk on board the ATV, the total weight is pushing 1,000#. With ramps fixed to the outer edge of the tailgate, am I going to be overloading the gate?

    Dual cam for light trailer

I plan to tow a light weight folding trailer behind my 06 2500. Obviously, the towed weight of 2000# to 3000# (according to how the trailer is loaded) is no problem for the diesel Dodge. Reply to Kirwin

While waiting...

    Check Gauges Light

After adding up the things I needed to fix before I could rely on my 1st Gen '93 W250 I decided it was time to replace it. I found pretty much the same truck, updated to 2006 technology, at my local dealers and was able to buy it. I love the truck, though I must admit that I miss the raw diesel...

    Steering concern

I installed a Borgeson steering shaft. The removal/installation was pretty straight forward and my '93 W250 certainly steers better. However, I end up with a concern. The splined stub of the steering gear box is short and has a substantial chunk ground off to make a flat platform. The U-joint...
