    Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 2002 auto transmission question

    We have an 02 4x4 quadcab with an automatic 27000 mi. Seems like it shifts to quickly from 4th to overdrive. You hardly know 4th is there. 1st-2nd-3rd-very short, quick 4th-then into lugging 5th. Up hill, flat ground or towing. Doesn't seem to matter. Also if going uphill and step on accelerator...
