Has anyone ever found the insulation in the engine compartment , between the cab and the engine. The insulation on mine has come apart and looks like crap. I have also found particles of insulation in the A/C fan squirrel cage. I have looked on the internet for the insulation but cannot find.

Does anyone know of a after market transfer pump kit that does not have to mount in the fuel tank. The dealer said that the replacment for the transfer pump is a kit that mounts in the fuel tank.

Ryan, Are there special tools for aligning the gears in the front axle? I have checked all that you told me to and no luck. I think it might be the bearing on the pass. side of the axle . If it is, can this bearing be replaced or do I have to get new chunk. Thanks Thomas

I think I am going to pull the center cover on the axle and take a look at the gears. See if there is anything loose. I checked the u-joints and they were both good. Talked to a guy at the dealer and he said there were special tools to align the gears so it must be adjustable. Mine may be out...
