Going to be putting my truck on a dyno sometime soon and was wondering what are some secrets to putting up good numbers. I have never driven on a dyno before and im not sure of the proper way of doing a pull. What RPMs do you start the pull at?

Yeah, I did not recieve issue #71 yet. I gave lazarsmith a call and talked to them and it seems like it would definately help. He explained to me what happens under high stress and how this girdle would help. Might be money well spent.

Have any of you guys ever seen or heard of the Transmission girdle for the G-56? G56 Tork Shield Girdle 6 Speed Manual Transmission Do you think it would help stop the problems of shearing gears and gernading the G-56 in high horsepower applications?

Your saying just come out of the oil port on the stock filter housing and run to the turbo but also t-off of that same line running to the turbo and go to the oil bypass or vis versa?

Yeah, that oil port is exactly what I am wondering about. I'd like to keep the filtration if possible, but if not I will either consider a single or taking the by-pass off.

That there are many of Cummins that went a million miles where that is unheard of for a Ford or Chevy motor. The endless horsepower potential you can get out of the Cummins. The dependability even after you add horsepower to them.
