Dealer was Rio Vista Ford/Dodge, south of Sacramento, CA. They recycled the coolant that was already in the system, so that was the price break there. They've made many errors in the past with some other maintenance and repairs so the labor break was for customer appreciation (I think).

FWIW, the water pump died in my 2004 5. 9L 2500 at 103K miles (2 months outside of warranty). Dealer charged $260 for part, $30 coolant, $30 labor for a total of $320. Problem discovered when coolant was pouring out onto driveway.
