Forgot to mention Havana is an 1/8 mile track.

You can Test & Tune all day, and the finals will be index on a dial in, only way to be fair for all the different trucks & mods. Please reconsider running, we need all the Diesel trucks we can get. The 06 in your signature should be plenty competitive.

Thanks for the info, I think I am going to go with the 295/70/17 Toyo M/T's. I don't drive the truck that much so the size, looks and Toyo reputation are going to outweigh the extra noise.

BFG now makes a E rated A/T 285/70/17. Do people still have issues with the E rated ones? One thing i noticed was the "E" 285/70/17 BFG A/T weighs like 57lbs, 6 more than the "D". The Toyo M/T ina 285/75/17 weighs 70lbs. I know they are not the same exact size, but 13lbs difference seems...

is the 6. 7 dampener better, or just cheeper than the 5. 9? Wondering why anyone would have thought of this swap other than price ?

Several people seem to like the Hushpower muffler, you might also look at the Corsa exhaust. The youtube suggestion is a good one, some manufacturers have recordings on their websites as well.

Can someone at least tell me noise wise how the Toyo M/T's compare to the BFG A/T's. Still no pics?
