I have tried both 20 in. and 22 in. on my 2002 and without question the 20 in. work better, the 22 in. may move more real estate but the 20 in. sit tight to the window and cleans well. The 22 in. wipers I had to use with Rain X, with the 20 in. I have stopped using Rain X.

A brake upgrade the 2001.5 and 2002 2500's can do is use 3500's rear calipers as the pistons are IIRC dual 2" diameter, the 2500's use 1.75" diameter dual pistons. If the third gen brakes are used remember 17" wheels and tires are required.

Looks like those shocks in the picture are Rancho 9000's, they have a lifetime warranty but I suppose you would need a recipe for them to get warranty.

I installed a Airdog100 but after checking the filter specs of the Airdog I decided to bring the stock filter back into the system, along with a big line kit from the filter to the VP44. The most psi drop was maybe 1 psi at WOT with the stock filter in the system.

I believe there could be a option 5 to consider that being 3rd gen 17" wheels and tires. I think you can get up to 3750 lbs rated tires for the 17" rims. Are your present rims factory aluminum, if they are they are not rated as high as your 3400lb tires and they tend to crack with weights...
