Can some one tell me what these codes mean . and do i need to replace parts. thanks truck is 2001 dodge 2500 4x4 , automatic, 88000 miles, all stock- frygap

Smarty Jr
just bought a smarty jr from a friend and when i was looking at the options now im :confused: i have a stock 2005 dodge 2500 auto so my qustion is what do i put the TOQUE MANAGMENT AND INJECTION TIMING ON. im looking for better fuel mileage . Any help would be appreciated- frygap
