    P0735

Sounds reasonable for an upgraded transmission, I paid about the same 2 years ago.

    AC condenser coating

I don't think it does a lot, otherwise most would have it from factory then.

    Scanners

Most people nowadays have a smartphone or a tablet.

    Lower control arms

No, what is say is you can't buy stamped ones from Mopar as replacement, they don't make them anymore (years ago!) and the partnumber supercedes to the Mopar tubular ones - specifically made for the Gen3 platform. I changed mine roughly 10 years ago and even back then it was the same...

AlfaOBD, 50$, is the way to go with any Mopar product. Why pay more for less.
  6. Ozymandias

    Lower control arms

Thuren is the Gold standard, Factory settings are pure crap.
  7. Ozymandias

    Lower control arms

If you want to go aftermarket sure, OEM is tubular for many years now.
  8. Ozymandias

    Lower control arms

Stock replacement arms are tubular now.
  9. Ozymandias

    Lower control arms

I wonder why Ram didn't do that with the Power wagon which is also 2" taller.

    Lower control arms

I replaced my stock ones with the upgraded OEM tubular ones, years ago - truck drives totally the same.

    ABS Control Module Needed

If it is out of stock you probably have a better chance to have the one fixed you have. I waited more then half a year for my new one after I ordered it.

    2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 1998 T-STyle Converstion Question

I was just looking up that Moog Kit - this is for an MY 09-11 how did you come up with the idea that this fits your 98?

    Service before Major trip

I see that you are used to light duty vehicles where stuff starts to fail at the milage you mentioned - this isn't the case with our vehicles, they are much better lasting most of the time. Sure stuff can fail but there isn't a ticking clock that tells you now is the time as you are used to.

    2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 1998 T-STyle Converstion Question

Well, you likely don't have the factory steering Box then? That comes to mind if so many different pitman arms don't fit. And as a Note, 98.5 - 00 24V came factory with a T-steering linkage. Maybe yours was converted to that?

    Service before Major trip

Rear wheel bearings usually last the life of the truck as they run submerged in the differential oil. Very few problems there and if then it is the seal to start leaking. Factory alternator is also very long lasting.

2018 Aisin Torque Converter Lockup Switch?

...what a step backwards in technology. Is this in all 4th Gen Truck, or only the Aisin?
  17. Ozymandias

2018 Aisin Torque Converter Lockup Switch?

Depending on the gear it should also lock up in Low range at a significantly lower speed. I believe my classic locks at 12mph in 2nd Low and keeps it down to 8mph. I hope the new ones can do that to.

    Drag link weld question (sorry!)

If we talk about alignment, check out this >> https://gyraline.com/ My buddy has it and I tried it myself hands-on, crazy technology and works perfect. Hard to believe but it does.
