    Not a stuck lifted Sticky lifters yes they are mechanical lifters if you use cheap oil it dose make the lifters noisier than normal.

    Is the trans a 5 or 6 speed, Make sure the fluid is the right stuff for the trans, I replaced all the fluid in my truck with stock 80-90 and found that i burnt a trans becasue of it, the dodge or knock off brand of mopar sae75w-85 synthetic.     sounds to me like you might have a stuck lifter, on the older doges we used some trans fluid in the diesel tank and it usually would quiet down but i wouldent suggest that you do it to the new engines.
