    After checking and spray cleaning connectors to fan and crankshaft position sensors I replaced the crankshaft position sensor. This solved the problem. It acted like something loose but apparently was the sensor.

    The steering wheel is leather but I think the only leather on the seat is the leather on my behind.

    Yes, I have been using conditioner. My brother has an '05 Laramie and the seats are easily recognizable as leather. Ram advertised the Laramie interior in 2012 as leather trimmed but the seats look like vinyl. Does anyone know what leather trimmed means?

    I have the same issue with my 2012 Laramie leather trimmed driver seat. Looking at it I believe the fatigue crack seat is really vinyl.
