I have seen fuse boxes loosen up inside, corrosion cause issues and such. Not on Ram's, but all basically the same inside from the ones i have seen. Just go slow and steady if your popping open. Good luck

It self aligns in hole, then snaps on. I went with this one because its cheap, and less likely to be taken, aluminum ones are pricey and had friends that had them come up missing. Hopefully no one will want a plastic one.

Mine did same thing 1 month old, did an update from UConnect https://rsur.extra.chrysler.com/rsur/Uconnect.do , you put in VIN # and go from there. Mine was a UConnect 5. Its been working great for little over 2 weeks now. Hope this helps you also.
