    Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Factory ECM has fast idle option in cold weather

    2002 cummins won't start intake heater or relays don't kick in to heat My cummins won't start, has new starter and strong batteries. The intake heater won't kick on. Can run a hot wire to the relays on the fender well and they will kick on. Any ideas on how to get this truck up and funning...
