I've got a 2015 Tradesman 4x4 and I ordered some new 18x9 rims for it. The stock tires are 275/70/18 and from what I've read, these are recommended for a more narrow rim. Can this size tire be mounted on a wider rim and if so what happens? I to sure how wide the factory wheels are on my truck.

I just bought a 2015 and the gauge gas hardly moved with 1000 non towing miles. I think it takes a while for it to go down unless we are towing.

I hope my hitch is rated to at least 10,000 pound seven though I will probably never tow that weight from the bumper anyway. It's just nice to not have to worry about weight as much everytime we hook up a different trailer
