    failed smog due to emssion readiness monitors

    new to the site not sure if this is were to post this, but i have a 2005 3500 ram 5.9 diesel, and it failed on the misfire and components monitors not ready, i changed the batteries 200 miles ago and the monitors are still not ready , do i need to get them flashed? im in california, thanks
