Thanks so much for the write up and figuring this out. I have a 2007.5 Dodge 6.7 Ram 2500 with a lithium setup on my camper and I've been looking for a way to run a second stand alone alternator with its own regulator to feed the lithium. I think this will work great.

I had Warn hub problems in under 75k miles. Passenger hub froze. Other than that the Dynactrac kit has been solid.

I've got 100,000 miles on my Dynatrac joints and just installed new front end track bar, drag link, control arms and when I had it aligned they said the ball joints were solid still. No need to rebuild yet.

Big dodge box here, Thuren track bar and arms, Synergy steering, stock coils.

I went to my local diesel shop, not a dealer a month or so ago. He acquired both driver and passenger air bags for less than $75 and the whole thing was completed quickly and inexpensively. I like not going to a dealer. Never had much luck with them.

Your probably right. I have a flash from 2009 that hasnt been done and I figured they would push that. The igniter exchange looks like an easy deal on both sides however I wouldnt be comfortable doing it without disabling the system and checking for functionality afterwards. Thanks for the input...

Switch to a 1/2 sized tire and wheel like a 19.5 or 22.5 and run a real highway tire designed for the weight. They come in 35". M608Z Toyo comes to mind.

I just had Les Schwab put those Toyo M608Zmy 265/70/19.5 new steel Rickson Truck Wheels rated at 5000 lbs. with the tires are at 5510 (SRW). I brought the wheels in separately after purchasing the tires. They mounted them up no problem.
