I disconnected them this morning and got 12.43 and 12.44, I took it yesterday to a diesel shop and their scanner subscription had expired for Ram go figure, and Ram dealer is two weeks out. sag2, I have a obd2 code reader and shows none. Looks like voltage is a little low and will get batteries...

I will disconnect them tomorrow morning and check again and post what I find. Thanks

Batteries are 1 year old and I did not disconnect them. It's running fine with no codes so I'm going to try to tow with it.

I checked the two batteries voltage at 12.53 off and 13.71 running, thought it was supposed to be 14V running.

Thanks John, it was showing 1/2" over the full mark on the dipstick from where it was when I did the last oil change. The antifreeze is still full so hopefully not a head gasket.

My oil was about 2 qts high when I changed it, and the report doesn't seem to find the exact problem. I was wondering if any of you experts could shed some light on this report. Thanks for any advice.

Not real easy, but several dealers I spoke with always pull the cab to do this. I thought Ford's, and Chevy's were the only ones that did this. Anyway they did a great job, and even detailed truck for me.

Yes I have my doubts also. I checked it out pretty good, and found the fan nut gouged with an air chisel, and new silicone on the cover under the water pump. It is not leaking any more, but sounds like a warranty scam against Ram. There is no way the head was pulled, or even the valve cover.

Just got mine back, an 18, 40k miles, after a week, and was all warranty work. oil galley pug, head gasket, refilled coolant, changed oil, and filter. It was leaking from the rear and running to the front of engine. Dealer offered me 44k for it on trade, I paid 49k for it 3 years ago. Tempting

My 18, 40k miles, is in the shop for an oil leak in front area, possibly timing cover, crank seal, or oil pan. I would fix it myself but its under warranty. I don't know why people can't build a motor that wont leak before 100k.

Mopar only pays $35 a day for a total of 5 days, My 18 Ram is in the shop now with a 10 day wait to fix a timing cover gasket, and the rental car is $60 a day. Not a happy camper.

AEV is on my wish list, my dealer said it took them 6 hours to install one.
