    I’m still working on getting the unit bearing out of the steering knuckle. Between the air hammer with the Lisle tool, a ball peen, and a 5# sledge, I can see daylight through a gap now. Should have this separated soon. My air supply seems to be limiting the air hammer’s effectiveness.

    Yes, the extractor does fit, based on my experience with #6 on my 2005. The safety bracket around the fuel line slowed me down, but I got it off and reinstalled it when done. Finding the right combination of wrench and position was the trick for me.
