    Oil smell in Cab due to CCV delete?

    Im not sure what the advantage is, the previous owner did it. I assume its to keep oil out of the compressor and intercooler. IWhen I changed the turbo on my 3rd gen the intake tubes and intercooler were coated with oil. But I think I rather have a dirty intercooler than smell this for 200K miles.

    I just bought a 2017 Ram 3500 Cummins with 40K miles. It has a CCV delete on it by evil energy. I noticed an strong smell of oil when I'm idling or driving slowly. I suspect its the CCV delete, anyone else have that experience?

    Perform Service light coming on

    Im talking with my tuner right now. They are asking about fuel rail pressure. A fueling issue would also cause a turbo to spool up and down. Ill let you know what I find out.

    Ive got the same issue on an 07.5 that's tuned. Now mine is on all the time. Ive replaced the filter and reset the indicator. no luck
