I appreciate you input. This is as I suspected. I will still test my system pressure as I ordered a PS pressure test Gage set. I will not be disputed on my diagnosis. Yes a lot of time and money has been spent. That is the way. Thanks. -

On my third gen 2005 5.9 l 2500 I've replaced the complete steering system. Mopar recommended upgrading the pump to a Bosch ZF pump which I did all new OEM, new OEM pressure lines to the hydroboost and down to the brand new redhead steering box.
