What is wrong with this Freightliner....quiz..

Good call on the cap. X430 endplay can be fixed by green loctite between the bearing and housing with the help of a propane torch.

I was just overlooking your thread. Ah Thermokings....... Ask your whiz this one...... When doing a compressor seal on a sb210, you noticed endplay of the crank is slightly excessive. How do you eliminate end play. Also which unit had a condenser rub through problem? Bullentin number? Sorry to...

What is the virus doing in your area-try not to get political

For those that use a mask. Are you guys washing it everyday or do you have multiple sets? Just curious, because when I Raptor lined my truck, after about 30 mins of spraying sweat was pouring into my respirator.

Out of 200ish people in our factory, I think 18 or so people have got the "positive" result. I think 3 people where a mask. This topic is a interesting one. I will just say this and then go hide under my block of cheese. The family and I were watching a episode of Brain Games, in where they do...

Off Roading 2nd gen overlandish build

Thanks man. No goose hitch here. In fact, I am going try to avoid towing anything. To sum it up, I like the idea of having something overkill to do simple tasks. Engine will not get modded for power. Kdp has been done, other than that it is stock.

    What's my truck worth?

I think if it had a back seat, I would of bought that for 16k. If it was stick, 18k. The idle hours do not scare me.

Some more work. Had to accomate for air psi gauge, 3 aux light switches, comp switch, and volt meter/usb ports. On to some Carli bits, front bumper, and the end. Bd track bar. No I did not change to T style. Why.....well I read too much conflicting...

1996 at 420k miles: replace front coil springs?

If you find your springs are bad, my truck has 150k and I replaced them with Carli springs. I will give you mine if you take care of shipping. I am not on all the time, so give me some time to respond ha.

Some more pictures. Which now it gets a little heart breaking. Long story short the truck had to be stripped to bare metal. Did the whole truck with this. Getting ready to paint. Now before I put the bed back on I need to address my on board air. While the bed was off I...

Off Roading 2nd gen overlandish build

Here is a rough back round on why I decided to build this truck. When I was out in Wyoming for school, I bought a 87 Toyota pickup to go in the mountains and do some wheeling. It was stock for the most part, but I really enjoyed it. Fast forward 13 years, I have always wanted to have a project...

Hello everyone. I have lurked here for a long time but since my project is well under way, now is a good time to start a build thread. It is a family camping rig that is built for long distant camping. Thanks to this forum, I gained a lot of knowledge.
