    I updated the smarty and its alot better not its bouncing around 0.00 a little negative a little positive at ide so I'm assuming that's where it should be with no load building boot

    A little smoke when I hit the throttle but probably still working air out of the lines got luck that the old pump key way was 036 the one I smashed was 035

    Yea keyway is about 45° off from the slot in the gear, man 3 days of trying to figure it out and a few hundred dollars later it was a free fix

    Local diesel shop that loaned me the stand alone pump tool says he almost bets the my pump keyway fell off or got damaged on install and a new keyway will fix it

    I use injectors and tubes out of the running truck

    I just hooked a cummins injector pump stand alone tool to it and still no difference so its nothing electrical on the truck

    No haven't changed the oil but I remember the oil level was perfect when I unloaded it off the trailer before I started working on it, I read that the key to motor difference isn't what matters its key to pump, i wondered if the pump gear could be off a tooth but don't know how it would of...
