    Well thanks guys I will definitely put in some good oil and a friction modifier and see what happens

    Well I can just run it but this truck will be hauling and I'd hate for the diff to decide to melt down when I'm 1000 miles from home and I'm financially crippled from buying 2 of these trucks this month and swapping a diff will really hurt the pocket book

    Picked up a new truck got home started going thru it and the rear diff seemed way to hot opened her up saw no chunks just a gross greenish oil and looks like lots of heat in the carrier think it's saveable or replace now.
