I’ve done some with the generic harbor freight kit on a Jeep. Always use my impact hammer to knock the old ones out.

My 16' has been like this since I owned it, for the past 100k miles its always done this. Like AH64ID said, certain parameters have to be met before it engages, I've always chocked it up as that.

That’s true, but you wouldn’t have to test what’s been tested before, just what’s new and a current test of fuel.

I’ve referenced that test more times than I can count over the years. Sure would be nice to run that again since it’s been 15 or so years since.

Good info. I had a drop of coolant coming from your first geno’s link. I was able to tighten the worm gear and it solved the problem for now. I’ll more than likely replace them all here soon.

For 30k, you should certainly have lots more pictures. Maybe even get the hood painted.

I have alpharex in my 4th gen. I opened them up and put in morimoto HId lows and led highs. The light output is phenomenal. But the fitment is ****. Typical aftermarket…. One of these days I’ll build my OEM projectors. TYC and Depo, I believe are the only aftermarket company that makes...

I suck out all the fluid in the resovoir every once and awhile and fill it up with new stuff. Only buy a pint and throw out what I don’t use.
