2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission CAD posi loc slips

The install is straightforward, It has been a couple years since I installed it, but I don't remember any issues other then alignment being fun. I wrote to the Posi-lok company and all they said is to check the fork. Make sure it is all straight.

    2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Luke's Link

On my 97 4wd the Lukes Link cleared the cover, and improved steering, but it still isn't tight like I think it should be. The conversion to the 3rd generation link appears to be the only positive cure. I have not tried it yet.

2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission front axle disconnect

cad I do only shift during a no load situation. . The vacuum lines all seem to be fine. When shifting to low range it seems to engage right away. The 4wd dash light comes on right away but the front axle doesn't drive. When putting it in low range and then back to high it seems to stay engaged...

2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission front axle disconnect

on my 97 4x4 2500 the front axle engage(central axle disconnect) is inconsistent in high range. It seems to lock up right away in low range.
