    Thanks guys for answering my post. Problem was resolved by pressurizing fuel tank and energizing lift pump. Idle fuel pressure is 13psi, WOT to be checked later.

    Have an 01 6 speed and am installing exhaust brake. Could someone give me pointers on connecting to pin 20 of ECM without removing fuel filter.
