Thanks for the input. I'll put on a new pump. What fails in the pumps? I was confused by the Cummins mechanic telling me that if the pump motor is running, the pump will move fuel. Merv and Ncostello, it sounds like there should be 12 volts at the pump. Thanks for telling me. I'll check it.
