I looked at 3 different senders and the one for the Cummins has three contact pins in the connector. The others I looked at only had two. That may have something to do with the wiring jumper you needed. bob (buckbo)

Problem solved. The dealer changed the fuel pump. (???) The tech said he was surprised it made it from home to his shop. Imagine his surprize when I told him I had just towed a 6000 lb trailer up to Maine and back (from Mass) over the past 5 days.
