    I have A 99 2500 I have recently replaced lift pump and when truck sits for 30 minutes or more it start hard . I took it to my mechanic and he replaced the intake manifold heater adn it helps when the temp. outside is above 50. It also starts most of the time ith no problems if truck is parked...
