Thanks again. I've checked the plug and the wire feeding the plug. The wire itself has no juice beyond the fuse box. Any suggestions other than replacing the wire? Guess that's my next step.

Thanks. Found the fuse. Unfortunately , That's not the problem. I have power at the fuse box, but not at the plug at rear of truck. Any suggestions on what else to check are appreciated.

NO POWER!! Black Smoke!! The exhaust brake only works with decelleration, not accelleration. Air filter and hoses are OK. And ALWAYS cool turbo.

Thanks for the replies. My truck is a 04. 5 3500 SWB SRW 410 48RE Jacobs exhaust brake Flowmaster muffler AFE air intake. Only concern is it didn't run this warm before the manifold was replaced. I'll just keep an eye on it. Thanks again. John

At approximately 72K my original exhaust manifold cracked and had to be replaced. Before the manifold was replaced my temperature guage stayed a needle below half at all time, towing or not. Since replacement my guage stays exactly at half when not towing and runs as warm as two or three needles...

If I put 19. 5 inch wheels and tires on my 04. 5 ram 3500 with 48 RE trans, 4:10 differential, single rear wheels, how will it affect my horsepower, speedometer and overall operation?
