Can the 5 speed be swapped for the 6 speed in a 2000, 2500, 4x4. ? Has anybody done that yet??? If so what problems did you encounter.

I'm thinking about a 09 6. 7 dually because of liking the 3rd generation body style better, but all of the negative feedback on regen is scaring me. Has anyone actually had trouble free motoring with a 6. 7? Thanks.
